Kids to Concerts is a top priority of Musical Bridges Around the World and the main vehicle for educational outreach programming. This program is an interactive concert series for school-aged children, intent on integrating State curriculum and performing arts. It serves to expose the K-12 constituency to classical music, build a bridge between what students are learning in school and music performance, forge new partnerships and collaborations with schools and create an audience for tomorrow. Kids to Concerts provides high-quality classical music experiences that meet established State and National Standards.

In the upcoming 2009-2010 school year, we will create and implement three educational music performances for three different age groups—one for K-2; one for 3-6 and one for 7-12. Each program will be performed in five schools in five different districts, totaling 15 in-school concerts each year. Prior to the Kids to Concerts performance, MBAW will provide the schools' music teachers with educational audio/video material to enhance the educational impact of the concerts.

Concerts can be scheduled 3 month in advance and please contact Artistic Director by email musbridges@hotmail.com.
